At Fiberstruct we specialize in custom-made gratings through precision cutting with our advanced CNC machines. This method allows us to create precise cutouts with accuracy down to the millimetre. The result is not only easier installation but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the gratings.

2D and 3D software

2D and 3D software

To make sure our work is accurate and efficient, we use 2D and 3D design software. We use AutoCAD for detailed 2D drawings and Tekla for 3D modelling.

AutoCAD helps us create accurate 2D layouts of the gratings. This ensures that every detail is carefully planned, reducing waste, and optimising the layout.

With Tekla, we create detailed 3D models of the GRP constructions and gratings. This software allows us to see the project in three dimensions, ensuring everything fits together properly.

We can integrate our designs directly into the client’s plans. When clients send us STEP files, we add our designs to their project model. This helps us finding and fixing potential problems at an early stage, avoiding costly changes and delays.

Pre-assembly

Fiberstruct aims to completely unburden you! In consultation, we can deliver the plastic you ordered to your location already pre-assembled and in workable modules. This includes GRP handrail systems, (cage) ladders, stairs, step-over platforms and walkways. Other GRP constructions are designed and segmented according to customer specifications.
