Plastic Cage ladders
Plastic Cage ladders
A safe cage ladder for your industrial environment
A safe cage ladder for your industrial environment
Working at height in corrosive environments requires climbing solutions that continue to perform under extreme conditions. A steel cage ladder often develops rust over time, directly affecting structural integrity and the safety of your team. At Fiberstruct, we understand that you are looking for a low-maintenance access solution that will last for decades without corrosion.
Our fiberglass reinforced plastic cage ladders provide the ideal solution. GRP is up to 70% lighter than steel, which significantly simplifies installation in difficult locations. Because we have our own GRP constructions production facility in Slovakia, we can deliver custom-made solutions with short lead times. This ensures a system that perfectly fits your project requirements.
Engineering and technical advice for your access solution
Engineering and technical advice for your access solution
Integrating a cage ladder into an existing structure requires precision to avoid installation errors and additional construction costs. Our specialists use advanced 2D and 3D software to fully engineer your project. Through this engineering process in advance, we ensure that all structural calculations are correct and that safety complies with applicable standards.
Our commercial team in Terneuzen works with you to determine the most efficient layout and the correct material selection for fastening systems. Whether it concerns a standard configuration or a complex design for the industry, we translate your technical requirements into a practical and feasible solution. This reduces total construction time and minimises adjustments during on-site installation.
Safety and certification for vertical access
Safety and certification for vertical access
In sectors such as water treatment or chemical processing, slip-resistant rungs and a sturdy safety cage are essential to prevent fall incidents. Fiberstruct cage ladders are non-conductive and chemically resistant, making them a safe alternative in electrically sensitive or aggressive environments. In addition, our GRP gratings and plastic profiles are supplied as standard with fire-retardant properties, adding an extra layer of safety to your installation.
Our focus on quality is supported by ISO-9001-2015 and DNV-GL certifications. This ensures that the supplied climbing materials comply with strict international standards. As part of the Syndus Group, we combine expertise in both steel and plastics, allowing us to fully support combined projects and installation services.

Durable applications in demanding sectors
Durable applications in demanding sectors
The lifespan of climbing materials in offshore or maritime sectors is often limited by salt water and sea air exposure. At Fiberstruct, we choose GRP because this material does not require painting or galvanising to remain resistant against these conditions. In our projects, we see customers significantly reducing annual maintenance budgets and operational costs thanks to this solution.
